Enjoy a perfect blend of organic Barry Callebaut natural cacao and light Dutch cocoa that creates a rich and balanced dark chocolate profile with real depth and smoothness. The cacao delivers bright aromatics and natural polyphenols, while the cocoa brings a velvety, low bitterness body that feels indulgent and evening friendly. Together they taste like a premium dark chocolate bar with no added sugar and help create the comforting night time ritual that makes Chillzang so enjoyable.

These ingredients help with flavour, texture, stability and metabolic support.

Sodium caseinate (96% protein)
Sodium caseinate adds natural body and creaminess, creating a smooth hot chocolate texture even when you mix Chillzang with water. It provides a satisfying mouthfeel and extra protein with a cleaner, lighter feel than traditional milk powders or coconut based creamers.

Natural flavour plating
Our natural flavours are plated on a blend of acacia fibre and gluten-free oat fibre. This helps keep the powder free flowing and evenly dispersed, improves mixability and adds a small amount of prebiotic friendly fibre.

Kalahari Desert salt
A small amount of Kalahari Desert salt from Southern Africa rounds the flavour and deepens the chocolate profile. It also contributes electrolytes in a night time appropriate dose.

Natural vanilla flavour
A tiny amount of natural vanilla flavour softens the cocoa, adds gentle warmth and helps bring the chocolate and caramel notes together without adding sugar.

Ginger (20% gingerols)
Traditionally used for digestive comfort, especially for settling the stomach. Included at a small but purposeful dose to add a warm, balanced ginger note you can actually taste.

Peppermint (30:1)
Widely used for digestive comfort. Included at a subtle dose to keep the finish clean and help soften perceived bitterness in the cocoa.

Natural sweetener (debittered stevia)
We use a very small amount of high purity, debittered stevia to lift sweetness without sugar. It is used at the lowest level we can while still supporting the gentle sweetness created by the cocoa system and L-glycine.

Vitamin B3 (niacinamide)
Included at a modest dose to support normal energy yielding metabolism and nervous system function while you rest. We use niacinamide, a non flushing form of vitamin B3, to gently support how your body processes nutrients from your evening meal and the rest of the Chillzang stack.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5 phosphate)
Vitamin B6 in its active P5P form acts as a cofactor in the metabolism of amino acids such as tryptophan, which your body uses to make serotonin and melatonin. We include a small, bedtime friendly dose to support normal nervous system and psychological function alongside the core sleep ingredients.

Zinc (zinc citrate)
Zinc plays a role in hundreds of enzymes and supports normal immune and cognitive function. We use a gentle, well absorbed zinc citrate dose as part of the nightly ritual to complement the broader stack.
