We ship Chillzang to the regions where it is currently available.

Availability

Shipping availability may vary by country. If Chillzang is not available in your location yet, you can join the waitlist and we will let you know when we launch there.

Free shipping

We aim to offer free standard shipping in the markets we serve. Any current free shipping offer or threshold will be shown at checkout.

Processing time & production

Chillzang products are made in production runs. When you place an order, it is assigned to the next scheduled production batch. Production may take up to approximately 3 months from the batch start date. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details at that point.

We will keep you updated on your batch's production progress by email.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch (after production completes), not from the date of order. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@chillzang.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Depending on your location, duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
