Damages, defects, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@chillzang.com and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund. Please include photos so we can resolve this quickly.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at hello@chillzang.com with your order number and we will share return instructions.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Fair use
We reserve the right to limit replacements or refunds in cases of suspected misuse or abuse, as permitted by law.
